Mail that answers itself

A model without a knowledge base invents a plausible answer. With one, it takes the facts from somewhere, and you can check where. That middle step is the difference between a toy and something you dare to send.

In production Incoming mail is read and sorted automatically here; whatever comes out always passes a human before it’s sent.

    3 Draft, ready to read

    Send awaiting approval

Watch the middle step — that’s where the difference lives. The small numbers in the draft point to the fragments the answer was built from; hover over them. If a source is wrong you see it before you send rather than after. And nothing goes out without a human reading it: that’s a design choice, not a limitation.
